After elaborating the design with a Cad-4D operating system we chose very innovative yarns or thread mixtures, that are the result of an ongoing research in collaboration with leading Italian manufacturing companies. The weaving machine is scheduled to manufacture the breadth of clothes which reproduce drawings or particular kinds of stitches according to the required models and they are assembled through traditional processing and packing stages. Each model than undergoes an accurate manual finishing to making it a kind of "handicraft article".
The process ends with ironing and customized packing, according to the customer's requirements.
